The lawn and the beach
Santa and one of his elves arrive at the club on Christmas morning with a sack of gifts for the children. Bring the little ones down to the lawn; mince pies and something cold for the grown-ups.
The beach
Buckets and spades at the ready. Families and teams build on the beach in front of the club through the morning, with judging at midday and prizes for the best castle, the most ambitious and the best under-tens.
The clubhouse
See the year out on the sand. Dinner, music and dancing at the clubhouse, with fireworks over the bay at midnight. Booking essential.
The lawn
The Easter Bunny hops in on Easter Sunday morning with an egg hunt across the lawn for the children, followed by a long lunch on the beach for everyone.
The beach
The second of the club’s sandcastle competitions of the year. Build through the morning on the beach in front of the club, judging at midday, prizes to follow.

The annual general meeting of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Association. Dress code relaxed — bring just yourselves.
