Who we are

The Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club is administered by the Sandy Lane Property Owners Association, St. James, Barbados. Questions about this policy can be sent to concierge@sandylanepoa.com.

What we collect

The details you give when registering a visit — names, villa or property, contact details, visit dates and guest names — and your email address if you ask for updates.

How it is used

To arrange and record visits, administer the club, and contact you about your arrangements. We send news and updates only where you have asked for them.

Sharing and retention

Your details are not sold or passed to third parties for marketing. They are shared only within the club’s administration and with staff who need them, and kept only as long as the club needs them.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the concierge.

Terms & conditions

The club

The Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club is a private member’s club, available only to members, their registered guests and tenants renting a member’s property. Use of the club is subject to the club rules.

Registration

Information given when registering a visit must be accurate. The club may decline or withdraw access where the rules are not observed.

This site

The content of this site is provided in good faith for the information of members, their guests and tenants. Photography and text belong to the club and may not be reused without permission.

Liability and law

Use of the club’s facilities is at your own risk to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados.

Register a visit

The club is private, and open only to members, their registered guests and tenants renting a member’s property. Registering ahead of arrival lets the beach attendants know to expect you.

Who is registering?

We will use this to send you confirmation of your visit

We only use your phone number to send you appointment confirmations and in cases of emergency

Members and long term tenants are recognised by the email address the club holds. Give us that address and we’ll send a link to continue — no password to remember.

The link works once and lasts an hour.
