Concierge

Tennis on the estate, golf next door, and the concierge for everything else — time on the water, days out across the island and getting around. The practical details are below.

The approach to the clubhouse

Four hard courts, lit for the evening

Courts 6, 7, 8 and 9 are hard court surfaces and are available to members. Court time is booked by the hour and includes the use of lights.

Golf

The Sandy Lane courses, next door

Golf is played on the neighbouring Sandy Lane courses — the Old Nine, the Country Club and the Green Monkey. Rates and tee times are arranged through the concierge.

Water sports

On the water, from the club’s beach

The west coast is the calm side of the island, and the concierge can arrange time on it — a catamaran sail along the coast, a morning snorkelling with the turtles, paddleboards and kayaks from the beach, or a boat for the day.

Island excursions

Beyond the estate

Barbados rewards a day out. Harrison’s Cave and the Animal Flower Cave at the island’s northern tip, the Atlantic side at Bathsheba, the rum at St Nicholas Abbey and Mount Gay, and the historic Garrison in Bridgetown are all within an hour of the club. The concierge can put a day together, with a driver and a table for lunch.

Transport

Getting here, and getting around

The concierge can have a car meet your flight at Grantley Adams, book a driver for the day, call a taxi into Holetown or Bridgetown, or have a hire car delivered to the villa for the length of your stay.

Register a visit

The club is private, and open only to members, their registered guests and tenants renting a member’s property. Registering ahead of arrival lets the beach attendants know to expect you.

Who is registering?

We will use this to send you confirmation of your visit

Agents and property managers are recognised by their firm’s email address. Give us your work address and we’ll open the rest of the form.

Members and long term tenants are recognised by the email address the club holds. Give us that address and we’ll send a link to continue — no password to remember.

The link works once and lasts an hour.

We only use your phone number to send you appointment confirmations and in cases of emergency
